About the RTTC

Founded in 1996, the Refrigeration and Thermal Test Center (RTTC) is a research and educational facility operated by Southern California Edison's Customer Service Business Unit. The RTTC combines state-of-the-art research facilities with staff expertise and educational programs to promote energy efficiency in refrigeration, air-conditioning and other thermal technology applications. We share energy efficiency benefits of thermal technologies with SCE customers and other public entities through workshops, publications, seminars and presentations.
