Ways to Pay

Convenient ways to pay your electric bill

The fastest and most convenient way to pay your SCE bill is through My Account for both residential and business customers. Below are your other payment options.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty paying your bill, please contact us immediately. You may be eligible for a payment arrangement or other financial assistance. For more information about your options, call us at (800) 950-2356.

Other Ways to Pay Your Bill

Pay by Mail

To pay your bill by mail, send a check or money order with your payment stub in the envelope provided with your bill. Do not send cash in the mail to pay your bill.

Use Your Own Service

You can also access your SCE bill through a bill payment service provider such as a bank, Internet service portal, or an online brokerage service.


Pay in Person

You can always pay your SCE bill in person at one of our payment centers or at an authorized payment agency.


Pay by Phone

SCE's QuickCheck secure payment option allows you to pay your electric bill over the phone using your checking account information. No enrollment is required to use this payment option. Call 1-800-950-2356 to make a payment.

Residential customers can also pay their electric bill using a credit card or debit card. Cards displaying the MasterCard logo and most ATM cards will be accepted. Enrollment is not required to use this payment option and a $1.75 JPMC convenience fee will apply per transaction. Call 1-800-254-4123 to make a payment.


Online Payment Arrangement - My Account

If you owe a past due balance, you may be eligible for a minimum of three months to repay the balance. If you would like to take advantage of the extended time, please call us at 1-800-372-2365 to make payment arrangements and discuss additional financial assistance programs that are available. Enrollment in My Account is required in order to request on online payment arrangement.
