Mission Statement
To build and foster a growth environment for employees and actively encourage individual development through participation in professional group events, community events and SCE-sponsored activities; to become an active conduit for positively promoting SCE and its initiatives.
Objectives
- Provide support and resources for SCE community outreach activities targeted for Korean-American communities
- Provide support and resources for collaboration with other SCE affinity groups
- Foster leadership and relationship-building by promoting internal and external professional and personal networking opportunities
- Provide a forum for employees to celebrate Korean heritage and build camaraderie through occasional activities and events
