Consent To Share Non-Affiliate Information

Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has voluntarily consented, in writing, to allow SCE to share certain power flow information with an SCE Marketing or Energy Affiliate. SCE did not provide any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for that voluntary consent.

Stirling Energy Systems, Inc. has voluntarily consented, in writing, to allow SCE to share certain information with an SCE Marketing or Energy Affiliate. SCE did not provide any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for that voluntary consent.

Bidders into SCE's New Gen RFO have voluntarily consented, in writing, to allow SCE to share certain project related information with an SCE Marketing or Energy Affiliate. SCE did not provide any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for that voluntary consent.
